She was a member of St. Edwards Episcopal Church; Founders Garden Club Circle; Kappa Kappa Gamma Fraternity, Women for Hospice, Women's Club of Mount Dora; Fine Arts Committee of Mount Dora. Lillian is survived by her son, David A. Brown of St. Petersburg, FL; 3 daughters, Melissa Austin of St. Petersburg, FL, Judy Connelly of Asheville, NC, and Linda Roswell of Lafayette, CO; 9 grandchildren, Ashley, John, and Jimmy Austin, Shannon and Sean Connelly, Madison and Michael Roswell, and David and Katie Brown. 5 great-grandchildren. on October 6, 2011.³

     Edward Neal "Festus" Vest Sr. was buried at Greenwood Memorial Gardens, Richmond, Virginia.^2,7 He was born on January 16, 1951 at Lynchburg, Virginia.^11,3,4,5,7 He married Bonnie Faye Pendleton on November 1, 1969 at Chesterfield Co., Virginia.^2,3 Edward Neal "Festus" Vest Sr. and Bonnie Faye Pendleton were divorced on August 4, 1983 at Chesterfield Co., Virginia.⁵ Edward Neal "Festus" Vest Sr. died on January 22, 2007 at Chesterfield Co., Virginia, at age 56.^11,2,6,7 He Edward Neal "Festus" Vest Sr., 56, of Richmond, went to be with the Lord January 22, 2007. He was preceded in death by his brother, Otis Vest. He is survived by his son, Edward Neal Vest Jr. and his wife, April; and grandson, Marcus Jordan Vest; his parents, Helen and Mickey Vest; sister, Patsy Vest Williams; brother, Dolphus Vest and his wife, Nan; sister-in-law, Charlotte Vest; numerous nieces and nephews; former wife and friend, Bonnie Lantz; and good friends, James, Sandy and Wanda; and other relatives and friends. He was a member of I.B.E.W. Local No. 666 and I.U.E.C. Local No. 51. A graveside service will be held at Greenwood Memorial Gardens. on January 23, 2007.²

     Patsy Kay Vest WILLIAMS, Patsy Vest, 69, of North Chesterfield, Virginia passed away on Friday, August 3, 2018. Born April 7, 1949 in Lynchburg, Virginia she was the daughter of Mickey Dolphus Vest and Helen Conner Vest. She is predeceased by her father, Mickey D. Vest; and her brothers Otis W. Vest and Edward Neal Vest. She is survived by her mother, Helen C. Vest; brother, Dolphus L. Vest (Nan); son, Mickey W. Williams (Wendy); daughter, Tabitha A Martin (Richard); grandsons, Nicholas Williams, Cameron Williams and Bradlee G. Walker; uncle Joseph C. Conner and many step-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was a lifetime member of Walmsley Blvd. United Methodist Church, a member of the Eastern Star and a Girl Scout Leader for over a decade. As the Girl Scout Leader of Troop 698 she helped pave a better path for many young girls. She always promoted kindness. There's no true way to put into words the light and love she brought into this world. We could not have handpicked a better momma, daughter, grandmother, aunt and friend. Her legacy will continue to live on through every person who was blessed to know her. A graveside service will be at Greenwood Memorial Gardens.⁶ She was buried at Greenwood Memorial Gardens, 12609 Patterson Avenue, Goochland, Goochland Co., Virginia.^6,9 She was born on April 7, 1949 at Lynchburg, Virginia.^3,4,6 As of December 22, 1972,her married name was Williams.³ She married Thomas Lee Williams on December 22, 1972 at Richmond, Virginia.³ Patsy Kay Vest and Thomas Lee Williams were divorced on March 22, 2000 at Chesterfield Co., Virginia.¹⁰ Patsy Kay Vest died on August 3, 2018 at Virginia at age 69.⁶
