On February 10, 2015 Kathleen Alice Wimmer (Nee Gray); Beloved wife of Wayne Wimmer; Loving mother of Victoria Mark, Laura and her husband John, Lisa Mark and Paul Mark Jr. and his wife Tina; Cherished sister of Jerry Gray and his wife Joyce of Ocean Pines, Victor Gray and his wife Bunny of Baltimore and Ramsey Gray. Also survived by many loving family and friends and the beloved Daisey. Myrtle Beach, SC; Charles McGhee, Jr. of Bluefield, WV; Richard Jr., Stevie, and Sherry McGhee of NC, and three very special adopted grandchildren, LeeAnn (Maurice) Lovelady, Crystal Kelley, and Eric Milstead. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, Ashleigh Daniel, Brendon and Jacob Lockwood, Makayla Love, Brittany Jones of Pensacola, Bradley and Bryce Glazebrook of Orlando, FL, Mathew McGhee of N. Myrtle Beach, SC, and several other great grandchildren. She is also survived by three sisters and three brothers all of WV. She is survived by a very special cousin, Billy Ray Fletcher of Tacoma, WA; a very special companion of 31 years, Alexander Talton of Washington D.C; and a special friend, Dale Snow; and several nieces and nephews. The family would like to send a very special thank-you to Dr. Coy Irvin and his nurses, Marsha and Fran, to Dr. Robert Bondurant, and to the whole staff at Covenant Hospice for their compassion and care through our mother's illness. He was a member of the Princeton Apostolic Church and he served in the U.S. Army during World War II and the Korean War. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Pansy J. Harless, a daughter, Kathy Lynn Harless, and by brothers and sisters. He worked hard all his life and made it on his own. He served his country honorably and courageously during the Korean War. Anyone who has known Ray would say him to be the richest man they knew. Although he passed away on September 26, 2005, he left behind a great wealth. A family who loved him very much. Born on June 23, 1945, in Bluefield, WV, she was a daughter of the late Jack and Minnie Pauley Stacy. She had been a resident of Bluefield her entire life and was of the Baptist Faith. She was a devoted wife, mother, and Grandmother. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. McGhee; a son, Chuck McGhee; and 3 sisters, Shirley Meredith, Fredia Coeburn and Geraldine Stacy. Survivors include: Longtime Companion of 39 years: Billy Joe Howard of the home. Brother: Howard Stacy of Bluefield, WV. Sisters: Wilma Martin of Pembroke, VA, Jeanette Dinger of Wytheville, VA, Nancy. Grandchildren: Charles III "Chip", Cloie, and Chay McGhee.
