Pat was a graduate of Clendenin High School, class of 1956, and a retired employee of Farmers & Citizens Bank with 21 years of service. Surviving: husband, Walter "Andy" Settle; daughters and their husbands, Vicki L. and Steve Chandler of Clendenin and Kristi A. and Kevin Wehrle of Elkview; sister, Helen Louise Hall of Belpre, Ohio; brothers, Dennis Carlton Gandee, Henry "Bob" Gandee and James Clinton Gandee, all of Clendenin, Garland Ray Gandee of Centerville, Md., and Larry Donald Gandee of LaPlata, Md; grandchildren, Jenessa Sutherland, Tyson Chandler, Abbi Chandler, Hunter Chandler, Kaylee Wehrle and Kameron Wehrle; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 12, at Matics Funeral Home, Clendenin, with Pastor Rex Thompson and the Rev. Gerald Morgan officiating. Burial will be in Clendenin Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, suggests donations be made to First Baptist Church, P.O. Box 501, Clendenin, WV 25045; or Hubbard Hospice House, 1001 Kennawa Drive, Charleston, WV 25311. on November 12, 2004.2
