     Boyd Alexander Sisson was buried at Sisson Cemetery, Sissonville, Kanawha Co., West Virginia.3,4 He was born on February 1, 1875 at Kanawha Co., West Virginia.1,2,3 He married Dicie Pearl Elmore, daughter of John R. Elmore and Rose Ann Jones, on May 27, 1903 at Charleston, Kanawha Co., West Virginia.1 Boyd Alexander Sisson died on September 12, 1960 at Sissonville, Kanawha Co., West Virginia, at age 85.3,4 He A widely-known Sissonville man died yesterday after a short illness. He was Boyd A. Sisson, a retired dairyman and farmer. Mr. Sisson, 85, was at home at the time of his death. He was a member of Humphreys Methodist Church at Sissonville. Surviving are his wife, Dicie; four daughters, Mrs. Mary Reed and Mrs. Helen Kingley of Sissonville, Mrs. Mildred Jones of Dunbar and Mrs. Lucy Belknap of Damariscotta, Me; three sons, Henry, William and Hillard of Sissonville; a brother, W. H. Sisson of Dunbar; 18 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in Humphreys Methodist Church at Sissonville by the Rev. R. A. Frame. Burial will be in the Sisson Cemetery at Sissonville. Friends may call at Long and Fisher Funeral Home. on September 13, 1960.4
