Bryson Gray, 81, of Lester, died Monday, July 26, 1993, in a Beckley hospital following a long illness. Born March 15, 1912, in Wyoming County, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Eva Allen Acord. Mrs. Gray was a homemaker and attended the First Church of God in Lester. She had lived in Lester since 1965 and lived in Maple Meadow for several years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Gray, in 1982; a stepson, Dennis McMillan, in 1990, and 15 brothers and sisters. Mrs. Gray was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Survivors include a son, W.H. Bryson of Lester; a daughter, Barbara Acord of Bassett, Va; four grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. Graveside rites and burial will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Calfee Cemetery, Mount Tabor. on July 27, 1993.³
