R. and Annie Coon Bennett. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Annie Bennett; two sons, William and E. J. Bennett Jr., both of Fayetteville; one daughter, Mrs. Adeline Gunter of Fayetteville; one sister, Mrs. Thelma Blue of Fayetteville; and five grandchildren. on January 16, 1964.5

Paul Binford "Binny" Shockey Jr. Paul “Binny” Binford Shockey Jr., 67, of Cross Lanes, WV passed away unexpectedly June 3rd, 2019. He was born the son of the late Paul B. and Yoshiko Hata Shockey Sr. He is survived by his wife Pam Shockey; children Heather (Eric) Chandler; Erica Shockey; Dusty (Josie) Shockey; sister Kay (Ray) Little and grandchildren; Faith Chandler; Brogan Chandler; Tripp Shockey and several nephews and nieces. Binny was retired from Union Carbide with over 28 years of service. He was a master electrician with City Electric. He served in the US Army, was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed salmon fishing in Alaska. Binny was a man of all trades and would help anyone in need he was also known and loved for his cooking. Binny had a strong presence for a lot of people even in his quietness.1 He was buried at Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, 5233 Rocky Fork Road, Cross Lanes, Kanawha Co., West Virginia.6 He was born on January 15, 1952 at Oak Hill, Fayette Co., West Virginia.3 He married Pamela Faye West on April 17, 1982 at Giles Co., Virginia.2 Paul Binford "Binny" Shockey Jr. died on June 3, 2019 at West Virginia at age 67.1

Holstein, 78, of Rockford went home to be with his Lord on Friday, July 24, 2009, after a long illness. Born May 29, 1931, in Clifty, W.Va., the son of Clarence and Lena (Shockey) Holstein. A 1950 graduate of Fayetteville (W.Va.) High School. Jerry married Carol Withrow on June 1, 1953, in First Baptist Church in Fayetteville. Was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Jerry attended Maywood Evangelical Free Church. He served his Lord Jesus in many church positions over the years until his illness. He was employed in the forging industry, previously in Rockford, Iowa and Michigan; he retired in 1996 from Anchor Harvey in Freeport. Jerry was a kind, gentle man who loved his Lord and family. He enjoyed golf, spending time with his family and playing with his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed! Survivors include his loving wife of 56 years, Carol; daughter, Anita (Robert) Darling of Albion Mich; sons, Alan (Bretta) of Stillman Valley and Eric (Kristi) of Rockford; grandchildren, Andrew (Jackie) Darling and Jacob and Katie Holstein of Rockford; great-grandchildren, Angela, Joshua and Benjamin Darling of Marshall, Mich; brother, Steve (Sharon) of West Virginia; sisters, Helen Boyko of Maryland, Betty (Rufus) Christian of Ohio, Sandra (French) Maynor of West Virginia; and many caring nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents; brothers, Donald, Clarence Jr., Gene and David; special nephew, Mark Withrow; loyal friend, Tom Chambers. The family would like to thank Ann Patel, Hospice of America Family, and Rosewood's special staff, residents and friends for all of their loving care of Jerry the past two years. on July 26, 2009.2
