     Jathinia McAlexander Mrs. Jathinia Cole, widow of the Rev. A. L. Cole, died Tuesday afternoon at the home of her daughter, Mrs. C. T. Kisner, in Covington, Va. Mrs. Cole was a native of Floyd county, Va., the daughter of the late Lester and Elizabeth McAlexander. Among survivors are the following daughters: Mrs. D. L. Bowling of St. Albans, Mrs. C. T. Waddell of Jumping Branch, and Mrs. C. L. Todd, of Huntington. A funeral servive will be held Thursday afternoon at 2:30 at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Kisner. Interment will be made near Covington.4 She was buried at Cedar Hill Cemetery, 1521 South Carpenter Drive, Covington, Alleghany Co., Virginia.5,3 She was born on May 21, 1858 at Floyd Co., Virginia.6,5,3 As of June 14, 1893,her married name was Cole.1 She married Alfred Lewis Cole, son of James B. Cole, of Sandstone; one sister, Mrs. D. L. Bowling, of St. Albans; and three half-sisters, Mrs. T. C. Waddell, of Jumping Branch; Mrs. C. T. Kismer, of Covington, Virginia; Mrs. C. L. Todd, of Huntington. She is also survived by six grandchildren. Funeral arrangements were incomplete last night. on November 20, 1942.4

Farley of Beaver and Mrs. Gladys Lewis of St. Albans; three brothers, J. E. and O. J. Bowling, both of Jumping Branch, and T. A. of Hinton; one sister, Mrs. Ada Walker of Edwight; 29 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. The body is at Calfee Funeral home in Beckley. on September 2, 1955.4
