Jackson, age 93, of Elkhart passed away on Jan. 27, 2011, at 2 p.m. in the Valley View Health Care Center. She was born on Sept 26, 1917, in Gully Bridge, W. Va., to the late Steward and Nora (Hudnall) Wyatt. She married Leonard L. Jackson Sr. on Nov. 26, 1936, in Rumble, W. Va; he preceded her in death on Jan. 18, 1994, in Elkhart. She is also preceded in death by her sons, James "Red," Jerry L. Sr. and Leonard L. Jackson Jr. A brother and five sisters also preceded her in death.
