He was preceded in death by his mother, Jackie Cronk and sister, Debra Cronk. He is survived by his wife, Jane W. Cronk; father and step-mother, Arlo and Jean Cronk; his grandmothers, Vera D. Wilkerson and Geraldine G. She was a member of Melrose Baptist Church for over 55 years, where she was active in teaching the young adults and senior adults Sunday School classes. She was also a deaconess within the church. She was preceded in death by her father, Arthur M. Wilkerson; her infant daughter, Debora Cronk; a sister, Barbara Bobbitt; and a nephew, Lewis Bobbitt. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jeffrey Allen and Jane Cronk; her mother, Vera D. Wilkerson, Roanoke; a sister and brother-in-law, Bonnie and Ron MacEwan. The family would like to thank the Good Samaritan Hospice and a special nurse, Peggy Valentine, for all their help during this difficult time. Also, the family wishes to thank Dr. Cain and all the CAPD nurses of the Valley Nephrology Associates Ltd. on October 13, 1998.⁴

     Hilma Jean "Nickie" Reed Hilma "Nickie" Cronk, 91, of Rocky Mount, VA, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 27, 2023, peacefully at Franklin Health & Rehab in Rocky Mount, Virginia. She was born on August 3, 1931, to the late George W. Reed and Julia Reed in Roanoke, Virginia. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Allen Cronk; son Larry (Mona Mabery) Cronk, brothers George Reed, Randolph Reed, Ed Reed, Carl Lester, DeWy Reed, and Donnie Reed; and sisters Verna May Scrogins, Helen Arnold, Hazel Trent, LaVon Noell, and RuthGale Lynch. Hilma is survived by her son, Richard (Linda) Cronk; six grandchildren, William, Theresa, Julia, Reggie, Danny, and Hollie, one great-grandchild, Bella, one brother, Wayne Reed; one sister, Carolyn Cartwright; and a host of nieces and nephews.      David Curtis Bennett David Curtis Bennett, age 54 of Rocky Mount, passed away in the morning of Thursday, June 12, 2025. He was born October 22, 1970. David is survived by his father, Ronald Bennett and his mother, Mary Sigmon Bennett; brother, “Eddie” Bennett; niece, Marena Bennett and best friend, Philip Blankenship, along with many uncles, aunts and cousins.³ He was born on October 22, 1970 at Franklin Co., Virginia.^2,3 He died on June 12, 2025 at Virginia at age 54.³

     Lisa Marie Coe was buried at Roselawn Burial Park, 103 Clearview Drive, Martinsville, Virginia.² She Lisa Marie Bennett, RPH 54 of Ridgeway, VA passed away on Wednesday, December 22, 2021, at Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home. She was born on March 11, 1967, in West Chester, PA to Barbara Jean Coe and the late Coy Mack Coe. Lisa is survived by her husband, Ronald E. Bennett of Ridgeway, VA; daughter, Marena Bennett of Ridgway, VA; siblings, Linda South of Tennessee, David Coe (Tammy), and Lorie Rispoli (Shawn) of Martinsville, VA. On June 26, 1973, in South Bend, Indiana she was born to Thomas C. Quimby and Christine E. (Kollars) Quimby. Tommi lived all her life in the Argos community. She worked at Wal-Mart as a Clerk, Plymouth, Indiana; and was a graduate of Argos High School with the class of 1993. Tommi attended the Argos United Methodist Church, Argos, Indiana. Tommi is survived by her Daughters – Brittani Jo Gibson and husband John of Monterey, Indiana and Sabrina VanScoik and husband Jeremy of Plymouth, Indiana; 3 Grandchildren – Faith, Greyson, and Arizona; Mother – Chris Quimby of Argos, Indiana, Indiana. She is preceded in death by her Father – Thomas Quimby.³ She was born on January 26, 1973 at South Bend, St. Joseph Co., Indiana.³ As of March 26, 1994,her married name was Brown.² She married Michael C. Brown on March 26, 1994 at Sheboygan Falls, Sheboygan Co., Wisconsin.² As of February 13, 1999,her married name was Hummel.² Tommi Cathreen Quimby married Travor Hummel on February 13, 1999 at Sheboygan Falls, Sheboygan Co., Wisconsin.^1,2 Tommi Cathreen Quimby died on January 28, 2024 at Plymouth, Marshall Co., Indiana, at age 51.³

     Andrea Lynne Lovitt Andrea L. Kollars, 82, passed away on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center in Mishawaka. She was born in South Bend on October 2, 1942, to the late Louette (Werntz) Lovitt and Wilbur Lovitt. Left to cherish the memories of Andrea are a son, Jeffrey D. Kollars and wife Linda of Lowell, Michigan; son, Kevin A. Kollars of South Bend; brother, Roger Lovitt of Florida; granddaughter, Ashley Hanson and husband Jessie of South Bend; great grandchildren, Jessalynn, Tyson, and Annabella. Andrea was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Jack and Chris Lovitt, and a sister, Karen Pauwels.³ She was born on October 2, 1942 at South Bend, St. Joseph Co., Indiana.^2,3 As of March 23, 1963,her married name was Kollars.¹ She married Donald Leroy Kollars, son of Frank David Kollars and Alfield Anna McGinnis, on March 23, 1963 at South Bend, St. Joseph Co., Indiana.¹ Andrea Lynne Lovitt died on December 4, 2024 at Mishawaka, St. Joseph Co., Indiana, at age 82.³
