In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Patti Lea, at home; four brothers, Lowell and Richard, both of Warsaw; Alden, of Leesburg, and Robert, of Lansing, Mich., and three sisters, Mrs. Bernice Keel, Lansing; Mrs. Charlotte Regnos, Akron, O., and Mrs. Barbara Hammon, Leesburg. Burial will be at Harrison Center cemetery. on November 27, 1967.4

Mumby, 84, of Osceola, IN passed away on September 25, 2021, with her family by her side. She was born to the late Walter and Marjorie Kollar on April 17, 1937, in Decatur, MI. She is a 1956 graduate of Mishawaka High School where she first went out with the love of her life, the late John R. Mumby during her Sophomore year. They married in 1956 in Goshen, IN and continued to live in Mishawaka, IN together until John’s death in 1990. Barbara is survived by her three daughters, Roxanne Babb (Bill) of Osceola, IN, Khris Davis of Mishawaka, IN, and Dana Loucks (Roger) of Vandalia, MI. She is also survived by her sister, Janet Boone and niece, Sheila Elzey (Dean) both of Ft. Wayne, IN; 6 grandchildren, Brandon Babb (Jackie), Mac Babb (Vickie), Kyle Toombs (Kelsey), Erin McKay (Mike), Kendra Morris (Brad), Jamie Sieber (Adam); and 10 great grandchildren. Her loving dog, “Max” preceded her in death. Barb was an accomplished ceramist, having her own studio and teaching classes for 45 years, developing many lifelong friendships. She also worked for 10 years at the South Bend Clinic. She was a previous member of the Red Hat Club, a bridge club, had enjoyed camping with friends and family and loved attending family events. She was a long time member of Coalbush United Methodist Church in Mishawaka, and later attended Osceola United Methodist Church in Osceola. Special thanks to the staff of Heartland Hospice and to her private caregiver, Angela Zapata, for the special care they provided.3 She was born on April 17, 1937 at Decatur, Van Buren Co., Michigan.3,4 As of June 22, 1956,her married name was Mumby.5 She married John Richard Mumby on June 22, 1956 at Granger, St. Joseph Co., Indiana.3,5,6 Barbara C. He was a past officer of the Mishawaka Moose Lodge, a member of Donnell Lake Conservation Club. He was a Notre Dame season ticket holder for 35 years and avid tailgater and enjoyed all lake activities. Burial to follow at St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park in Granger, IN. on January 15, 2010.1

Haven Ct. was dead on arrival at 9:50 a.m. Saturday at St. Joseph Hospital, where she was taken in the city ambulance from her daughter's residence following a sudden illness. She was born on Oct. 3, 1907, in Chicago and had lived here for 47 years, coming from Chicago. On April 21, 1928, as Alfield McGinnis she married Frank D. Kollars of Chicago. Robert was preceded in death by his parents and his son, Thomas Christopher Kollars. Following the services burial will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Osceola. V.F.W. Post #360 will conduct military rites. on November 7, 2016.2
