In addition to his father, he is survived by his wife, Carol Renae Fox Cook; his son, Brandon Cook of Rainelle; his brother, Leslie "Les" Cook of Ramey Addition; and his mother and father-in-law, Loretta and Carol Fox, his brother-in-law, Keith Fox, and his sister-in-law, Karen Fox Workman, all of Lewisburg. He also had many dear and special friends who will miss him. At Clyde's request, a casual graveside service for family and friends will be 1 p.m. today at Wallace Memorial Cemetery, Clintonville, with the Rev. Jerry Cook of Oceana officiating. on March 11, 2008.3
