She is survived by her stepson and his wife, John C. and Wanda T. Hinton of Boones Mill; grandson, Christopher C. Hinton of Atlanta, Ga; and a number of nieces and nephews. Burial will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. on February 12, 2017.²
