Hancock, died at 2:15 p.m. March 6, 2016, at his home. He was born July 1, 1957, in Fairfield, Iowa, to Richard and Juanita Ulin Cook. He married Joan Bowman on June 10, 1978. Nile was a 1975 graduate of Sigourney High School and graduated from Indian Hills Community College. He had worked as service manager and technician for Greiner Implement since 1979. He was a member of Davis St. Christian Church and was active in Neighborhood Watch. Surviving are his wife, Joan; daughters, Cheryl (Greg) McLuckie and Michelle (Niko) Gritzalis; three grandchildren, Zoe, Shawn and Penelope; three stepgrandchildren, Derrick, Alex and Ashley; his mother, Juanita Cook of Albuquerque, New Mexico; and a brother, Mark (Rose) Cook of Albuquerque, New Mexico. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Cook. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Davis St. Christian Church with Rev. James H. Wakelin officiating. Burial will be in Ottumwa Cemetery. on March 7, 2016.²

Mr. West was born August 12, 1919 in Pulaskiville, Ohio, living in the Mansfield area all of his life. He retired from General Motors after 25 years. Mr. West was also a retired farmer. He was an active member of Mansfield Area R-C Society and the Electronic Flyers. He built and flew radio controlled model airplanes. He was very active in garden tractor pulling, Tri-County GTP, and the Craft Hobby. Mr. West was a member of First Lutheran Church, Shelby and UAW 549. Surviving are his wife of 62 years, Virla Rush West; three daughters and sons-in-law, Carol and Richard Sheppard of Shelby, Betty and Paul Yetzer of Galion, and Barbara Griffeth of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; two sons and daughters-in-law, Larry & Janet West and Kenneth and Jan West, all of Shelby; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Georgia Mitchell West; three brothers; and one sister. Friends may call at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors Sunday from 2-5 p.m. and one hour prior to funeral services to be held Monday at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home, conducted by Pastor June Fryman. Burial will be in Oak Grove Memorial Park. on November 25, 2000.³
