     Dale Arden Krausnick Dale Krausnick, age 84, passed away early Wednesday Morning, April 18th, 2012, at the Dundy County Hospital, Benkelman, NE. Survivors Include: Wife: Virginia of Benkelman, NE Daughter: Diana Krausnick and Husband, Anthony Larkin, of Greeley, CO. Daughter: Dwana Roschewski and Husband, Keith, of Benkelman, NE Daughter: Karen Metzger and Husband, John, of Benkelman, NE 8 Grandchildren 14 Great-Grandchildren 3 Great-Great-Grandchildren Sister: Marilyn McCrumb and Husband, Alfred, of Wauneta, NE. Funeral Services for Dale Krausnick will be held Friday afternoon, April 20th, 2012, 2:00 P.M. (MT) at the United Methodist Church of Wauneta, with Pastor Bonnie McCord Officiating. Interment will follow at the Riverside Cemetery, Wauneta, NE.⁵ He was buried at Riverside Cemetery, Wauneta, Chase Co., Nebraska.⁵ He was born on December 15, 1927 at Stratton, Hitchcock Co., Nebraska.^2,3 He married Virginia May Littrel, daughter of Ivan Henry Littrel and Pearl Lillie Snyder, in 1947 at Dundy Co., Nebraska.^1,4 Dale Arden Krausnick died on April 18, 2012 at Benkelman, Dundy Co., Nebraska, at age 84.⁵

     Duane A. Krausnick was buried at Riverside Cemetery, Wauneta, Chase Co., Nebraska.⁴ He was born on October 15, 1948 at Chase Co., Nebraska.² He died on October 17, 1948 at Chase Co., Nebraska.³

     Shirley Ann Sinner Shirley Ann Littrel was born on December 21, 1936 to Edward and Lydia (Hein) Sinner in the family farm house southwest of Culbertson, Nebraska. She attended school in Culbertson and graduated from Culbertson High School. Shirley married Roy Littrel on March 25, 1956 in her parents' home in Wauneta, Nebraska. She and Roy made their home on the Littrel Family Farm, 5 miles south of Hamlet, Nebraska, for several years before moving to a rented farm about 5 miles southwest of Palisade, Nebraska. The couple farmed near Palisade, Nebraska until they moved to Wauneta, Nebraska; where they have made their home since. Shirley was employed by Thomas Propane and Appliance Company when she first moved to Wauneta. Later she worked with Roy as custodians at the Wauneta Public Schools. In her later years, she was employed at Heritage of Wauneta where all of the residents and co-workers were like her extended family. Shirley was confirmed in the German Congregational Church in Culbertson, Nebraska and was later baptized and attended the Church of Christ in Wauneta, Nebraska. She liked to cook for her family, sew, knit and crochet. She enjoyed working in the garden and in her yard. She enjoyed fishing and looked forward to special outings with her sister and nieces. She was also very proud of her "Mini Wal-Mart" in the back bedroom. She is preceded in death by her parents, and a granddaughter Ashley (Littrel) Kulwicki. Survivors include her husband Roy Littrel of Wauneta, NE; four sons: Jamie Littrel and wife, Liz of Lincoln, NE; Jerry Littrel and wife, Sharon of Davenport, NE; Brent Littrel of Hastings, NE; and Troy Littrel of Wauneta, NE; grandchildren: Robert Littrel and wife, Kylene of Thedford, NE; Tiffeny Bentch and husband, Israel of North Aurora, IL; Shiloh Littrel and wife, Becky of Fall City, NE; April Littrel of Lincoln, NE; Seth Littrel of Hastings, NE; Tanner Littrel of Hastings, NE; and Jenna (Littrel) Kulwicki of Hastings, NE; 11 great-grandchildren; sister Dorothy Frecks and husband, Leonard of Elkhorn, NE; Brother Lloyd Sinner and wife, Gloria of Wauneta, NE; Brother-in-law Virgil and wife, Connie Littrel of Palisade, NE; sister-in-law Rosemary Darsa of Rockville, Maryland; and sister-in-law Virginia and husband, Dale Krausnick of Benkelman, NE. Memorial Services for Shirley Littrel will be 11:00 a.m. (MT) Saturday morning, March 17, 2012 at the Wauneta Church of Christ, Wauneta, Nebraska, with Rev. Randy Hayes officiating. No visitation, Shirley chose Cremation.² She was buried at Riverside Cemetery, Wauneta, Chase Co., Nebraska.³ She was born on December 21, 1936 at Culbertson, Hitchcock Co., Nebraska.² As of March 25, 1956,her married name was Littrel.¹ She married Roy Myron Littrel, son of Ivan Henry Littrel and Pearl Lillie Snyder, on March 25, 1956 at Wauneta, Chase Co., Nebraska.^1,2 Shirley Ann Sinner died on March 12, 2012 at Benkelman, Dundy Co., Nebraska, at age 75.³

     Hedwig Mary “Hattie” Gilsdorf was buried at Calvary Catholic Cemetery and Mausoleum, 3880 L Street, Lincoln, Lancaster Co., Nebraska.¹ She was born on April 20, 1901 at Nebraska.¹ As of July 16, 1918,her married name was Brandenburg.² She married Homer Otha Brandenburg, son of Clement Vallandingham Brandenburg and Ida Mae Oldham, on July 16, 1918 at Beloit, Mitchell Co., Kansas.² Hedwig Mary “Hattie” Gilsdorf died on November 3, 1986 at age 85.¹

Pagels on May 28, 1961 at Nebraska.^1,3 Tanya Hamer died in September, 1967 at Nebraska at age 24.¹
