Survived by his children Debra Ramsay Knight, Richard Crouse Ramsay, Jr., Timothy Larson Ramsay, Kenneth Andrew Ramsay, grandchildren Haley Jorden Ramsay, Breck Ramsay, Shane Ramsay, and Zachery Ramsay, 2 sister-in-law's, a brother-in-law, numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he is predeceased by his wife Ruth Charlotte Larson Ramsay. Mr. Ramsay was a United States Army Veteran. He was a Teacher and Counselor in the Worcester County School System for 25 years and owned and operated a computer consulting business for 18 years. Mr. Ramsay was a longtime supporter of youth sports, over 30 years of service to Little League Baseball, Vice President of East Salisbury Little League, President of Salisbury Little League, Coach of 9-12 E. Salisbury Little League, Coach of Pony League Salisbury, Coach of 9-12 SH Little League, Coach of 13-15 SH Little League, President of SH Little League, Coach of Tee Ball SH Little League, Coach of 16-18 E. Sheldon Jones Big League Salis. 4 years, VP of SH Senior and Big Leagues, Coach of 16-18 SH Big League, Coached football at the Salvation Army, Assistant Coach of Football at SHHS, 2 State Championship Teams, Assistant Coach for Baseball at SHHS for 11 years, formed and coached SH Junior Football in the Salvation Army Football League, Coached Junior Soccer for Wor. Co. Rec., Coached with Larry Sheets (former Baltimore Oriole) in baseball camps. He was a longtime local keyboard musician for Esquire Trio, Organist at All Hallows Episcopal Church, Velvetones, Organist at Whatcoate Methodist Church, he also enjoyed gardening and operated a small plant business and was also a member of Snow Hill Rotary. At the request of the family services and interment are private. on January 9, 2016.2

Janice Elaine Wheelis Janice W. Seldomridge, 86, of Atlanta, Georgia died on November 5th, 2019 at Emory Saint Joseph’s Hospital. Janice was born on May 25th, 1933, in Dallas, Texas to Wallace and Louise Wheelis. She attended Highland Park High School in Dallas, Texas and continued her education at the Atlanta Division of the University of Georgia in Business Administration. It was in Atlanta that Janice met her husband, Robert Lawrence Seldomridge, who graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1953 with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. Janice and Robert were blessed with sixty-six years of marriage. Janice enjoyed Georgia Tech football, traveling, reading, entertaining and loved spending time with family. Thanks to Robert’s career in the oil industry, Janice was fortunate to experience living overseas in such countries as France, England, Libya, and Aruba. Janice is survived by her husband, Robert Lawrence Seldomridge of St. Albans, West Virginia; her sister and her spouse Penny and Bobby Sieg; her children and their spouses, Linda and Kevin Kelly, Steve Seldomridge and Joy Elia, Anne and Peter DiFilippo, and Jane and John Hussa; and grandchildren Colleen Kelly, Megan Kelly, Katie McDermott, Robbie Seldomridge, William Hussa and Emily Hussa; and great grandchild Ryan Evans. Janice was preceded in death by her parents Wallace and Louise Wheelis and her sister and her spouse Nancy and Martin Dodd.2 She was born on May 25, 1933 at Dallas, Dallas Co., Texas.2 As of June 16, 1953,her married name was Seldomridge.1 She married Robert Lawrence Seldomridge, son of Lawrence Newton Seldomridge and May Lucille Dunlap, on June 16, 1953 at Atlanta, Fulton Co., Georgia.1,2 Janice Elaine Wheelis died on November 5, 2019 at Sandy Springs, Fulton Co., Georgia, at age 86.2
