     Ruby Ozella Kilby was buried at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, 5737 Airport Road NW, Roanoke, Virginia.⁵ She was born on September 28, 1929 at Marion, Smyth Co., Virginia.⁴ As of September 28, 1950,her married name was Wimmer.² She married Norman Lewis Wimmer Jr., son of Norman Lewis Wimmer and Mildred Olive Pendleton, on September 28, 1950 at Salem, Roanoke Co., Virginia.^1,2,3 Ruby Ozella Kilby died on December 31, 2015 at Virginia at age 86.³ She Ruby Kilby Wimmer, 86, of Vinton, Va., went to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 31, 2015. Ruby will be missed as the center heart of her family. She was preceded in passing by her husband, Norman L. Wimmer; and five of her brothers and sisters. Her memory will always live with her three daughters and their families, Judy Loope and son-in-law, John, and grandsons, Dan and Tim Loope of Salem, Va., Patricia Richardson and son-inlaw, Bill, and grandson, Tyler of Cornelius, N.C., granddaughters, Sarah Burgess and husband, Brian, and great-granddaughter, Annebel of Huntersville, N.C; and granddaughter, Anne Newsome and husband,Wes, and great-granddaughter, Juniper, of Huntersville, N.C., and daughter, Lee Farley and son-in-law, Michael, of Louisa, Va. She will be deeply missed by her sister, Peggy Percy of Roanoke, Va; and brother, Ed Kilby of Tarboro, N.C. Ruby loved all animals, especially dogs. She requested in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to the Roanoke Valley SPCA. Services will be held at noon on Wednesday, January 6, 2016, from Oakey's North Chapel with the Rev. Robyn Angle officiating. on January 5, 2016.³

     Carney Everett Tench was buried at Dale Memorial Park, 10201 Newbys Bridge Road, Chesterfield, Chesterfield Co., Virginia.^3,4 He was born on February 6, 1912 at Boones Mill, Franklin Co., Virginia.^1,4,5 He married Beulah Theora Wimmer, daughter of Norman Lewis Wimmer and Mildred Olive Pendleton, on January 27, 1947 at Rocky Mount, Franklin Co., Virginia.^1,2,6 Carney Everett Tench and Beulah Theora Wimmer were divorced on July 3, 1959 at Franklin Co., Virginia.² Carney Everett Tench married Beulah Theora Wimmer, daughter of Norman Lewis Wimmer and Mildred Olive Pendleton, on July 17, 1959 at Henrico Co., Virginia.¹ Carney Everett Tench died on October 25, 1982 at Richmond, Virginia, at age 70.⁴

     Evelyn Marie Tench was born on January 31, 1950 at Virginia.² She died on January 6, 1951 at Richmond, Virginia.²

     Hazel Lee Tench was born on September 28, 1947 at Richmond, Virginia.^2,6,3 As of August 21, 1964,her married name was Owens.⁴ She married Michael Lynn Owens on August 21, 1964 at Roxboro, Person Co., North Carolina.⁴ Hazel Lee Tench and Michael Lynn Owens were divorced on March 25, 1980.² As of November 15, 1982,her married name was Norman.² Hazel Lee Tench married Walter Scott Norman Jr. on November 15, 1982 at Richmond, Virginia.^2,5 Hazel Lee Tench died on September 21, 2008 at Richmond, Virginia, at age 60.^6,7,5 She Hazel Lee Norman, 60, of Carson, Va., went to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 21, 2008. She was predeceased by her parents, Carney and Beulah Tench. She is survived by her husband, Walter Norman Jr; daughter, Wendy Steele; brothers, Ronald and David Tench; sisters, Joanne Kahn and Rita Slater; and grandchildren, Mia, Cloe and Ruby. A memorial service and celebration of her life will be held 2 p.m. on Sunday, September 28, 2008 at Sussex Baptist Church. on September 24, 2008.⁵
