He was a retired employee of R.A.A.P. in Radford. He was also a member of the Pulaski First Church of the Brethren. Surviving is his wife, Patricia Stout of Dublin, they were married for 31 years and he was the love of her life. Also surviving are his daughter and son-in-law, Amy and Gary Blankenship, of Dublin; son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Angela Myers, of Floyd; four grandchildren, Taryn and Jaci Blankenship, and Trevan and Kaylee Myers.
