Service will also be held at Diuguid's Chapel on Monday at 2 p.m. Interment will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery. The Rev. Doug Pillow and the Rev. Tim Gerde will officiate. The family wishes to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of the Surgical Intensive Care Unit at Lynchburg General Hospital for the kindness, love and skilled care they gave Terry during her extended illness. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Lynchburg, Campbell County Rescue Squad; or the building fund of Peakland United Methodist Church, Lynchburg, Va. on March 3, 2002.⁶

Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday, January 20, 2001 at Simpson-Tharp Funeral Home 5160 Peters Creek Road by the Rev. Kenneth P. Lane.
