Mrs. Dickinson, a life-long resident of this area, was a member of Gauley Bridge Baptist Church. Surviving are a son, John T. Dickinson of Belva; a daughter, Miss Anna Dickinson of Belva; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. The body is at the mortuary and will be taken to the church one hour before service. on January 6, 1951.2

Petty of Marmet, Mrs. W. G. Seiders of Radford, Va., and Mrs. J. W. Gardner of South Charleston; and a brother, Byron Gray of Charleston. The body is at Barlow-Bonsall Funeral Home. on January 13, 1960.3

Born April 25, 1923 in Thayer, she was the daughter of the late Walter M. Warren, Sr. and Minta M. Gray Warren. She was a 1941 graduate of Fayetteville High School and a graduate of Morris Harvey College, now the University of Charleston, and attended West Virginia University. She was one of the original organizers of Fayetteville High School's "Come on Home Reunion" and the Fayetteville High School Alumni Association. Frances was a retired school teacher from the Fayette County Board of Education, having taught in the Oak Hill area for 22 years. She was a member of Charleston Baptist Temple, and former member of Fayetteville Baptist Church and Oak Hill Baptist Church. She was a Past Worthy Matron of Oak Hill Chapter #107 Order of the Eastern Star and a volunteer for Literacy Volunteers and Meals on Wheels. She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Lonnie O. Kincaid; her second husband, Archie A. James; brothers, Walter Warren, Jr., Earl Warren, Leonard Warren, and Howard Warren; and her sister, Nancy Lea Warren Epperly. Survivors include her nephews, Wayne Epperly and his wife, Diane of Oak Hill, David Epperly and his wife, Tamara of Winfield, Dr. James E. Warren and his wife, Jean of Marietta, Ga., Dr. James H. Warren and his wife, Carolyn of Quincy, Ill., and Robert L. Warren; nieces, Janet Epperly Brown and her husband Gair of King George, Va., Linda Warren Wilman and her husband, Martin of St. Louis, Mo., Carolyn Warren Hedrick and her husband, Homer of Omaha, Neb., Brenda Warren White and her husband Steve of Birmingham, Ala., and Judy Warren Eldredge; several grand nieces and nephews; and a host of friends. Services will be 2 p.m., Wednesday, July 9, 2003 at Dodd-Payne-Hess Funeral Home Chapel, Fayetteville, with Rev. David White and Rev. D. D. Elwell officiating. Burial will follow in Huse Memorial Park, Fayetteville. Friends may call two hours before the funeral service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Fayetteville High School Alumni Association Scholarship Fund, c/o Joan Dickerson, Treasurer; PO Box, 195; Fayetteville, WV 25840.
