Mr. Jennings was a retired Cleveland, Ohio police officer, a veteran of World War II and a member of Fellowship Memorial Baptist Church, Oak Hill. Survivors include his wife, Joyce Phillips Jennings; three sons, Jim Jennings of Cleveland, Kenneth Jennings of Hartville, Ohio and Richard Pauley of Palm Springs, Fla; four daughters, Barbara Johnson of De Berry, Fla., Terri DeMaio of Barnegat, N.J. and Karen and Gail Jones, both of Oak Hill; a brother, the Rev. Ben Jennings of Sebring, Fla; a sister, Mary Martin of Oak Hill; 12 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at the Fellowship Memorial Baptist Church, Oak Hill, with the Rev. Bill Menefee officiating. Burial will follow in High Lawn Memorial Park. Friends may call from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. today at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill, and at the church one hour prior to services on Sunday. Members of the Oak Hill Detachment of the West Virginia State Police will serve as pallbearers. on July 13, 1991.5
