He attended the schools of West Virginia and was a retired veteran of the U.S. Army National Guard having served during the Korean war. Mr. Lilly retired from Kenosha Transportation and was formerly employed as Deputy Sheriff Sargent. in Goochland County, Virginia. He was a life member and past Master of Chester Masonic Lodge #18 and a member of Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife of over 33 years, Sarah Harrison “Sally” Lilly; one daughter, Babs Fletcher of Richmond, VA; one grandson, Adam Fletcher of Richmond, VA; one brother, Tommy M. In addition to her parents, Lori was preceded in death by her brother, Eddy Chewning. She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Michael R.
