Massey; dear stepfather of Christine Turner; loving grandfather of Phillip Gavin Parsons and stepgrandfather of Eddie Parsons; dear brother of Cora West, Dreama Bartol, Linda Long, Leona Massie, Brenda Lewis, Tim Massey and the late Betty Hochberg and twin sister Beulah Wood. Cremation was done by Busch Crematory. Memorials may forwarded to your charity of choice. Memorial service will be 1:30 p.m. Sunday, April 23, at Park Heights Baptist Church, 16189 Sheldon Road, Middleburg Heights, Ohio. There will be no public visitation. Bartol of Oak Hill; sons, Charles and wife, Angila Bartol, of Lisle, Ill., and Mark and wife, Kim Bartol, of Lindenhurst, Ill; grandchildren, Brandon, Andrew, Greg, and Caroline Bartol; a brother, Tim Massey of Elyria, Ohio; sisters, Cora West of Oak Hill, Linda Long of Mt. Hope, Brenda Lewis of Elyria, Ohio, and Leona Massey of Crossville, Tenn; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation was Oct. 16 at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill, with burial following in the Holy Family Cemetery at Richwood.
