Survivors include his wife, Alice, of the home; two sons, James and Jeff Salkll, Davenport, Iowa; two brothers, Henry Salkil, Nlxa, and Finis Salkil, Ozark; four sisters, Hester Mantel, Leeton, Mae Taylor and Evelin Jones, both of Springfield, and Linnia Hancock, Bois D'Arc; two stepchildren, Lona Bradford and Jim Bradford, both of Springfield; and two stepgrandchildren, Justin and Christina Bradford, Springfield. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Walnut Lawn DeGraffenreid-Wood Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. John Elder officiating. Burial with military rites will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. today in the funeral home. on April 9, 1993.5
