     Judith Kay "Judy" Johnson Judith K. Wheeler, 71, of Troy, passed away on October 27, 2013 at Lincoln County Medical Center in Troy. About twelve years ago, Judith moved to Troy to be closer to her family. She was a lifetime member of the Veteran's of Foreign Wars 8828 and volunteered in the gift shop at Lincoln County Medical Center, as long as her health permitted. Judith is survived by her four children: Lewis and his wife Mitzie Wheeler of Lawrence, Kansas, Thomas Wheeler of Vancouver, Washington, Patricia and husband Michael Housley of Beavertown, Oregon, Laura and husband Wayne Travis of Boardman, Oregon, one brother; Howard "Sonny" Johnson Sr. of Texas, one sister, Sue and husband Leonard Bolin of Troy, 16 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. She will be sadly missed and long remembered by all those who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard J. Johnson and Barbara John E.
