     Donna Machelle Forloine Donna Machelle Shaddox passed away unexpectedly on October 28, 2018. Donna had a huge heart for animals, helping people, and loved her family greatly. Among the many hobbies she excelled at, Donna thrived at and was a proud member of the Seahorse Water Aerobics. She enjoyed baking, decorating, antiques, and always sought out people to heartfully care for. She had a contagious laugh and a bright, beautiful smile that would light up the room and words can’t begin to describe how much she will be missed. Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Steve Shaddox; her daughter, Jacklyn Hypes; her son, Joey Hypes & wife Ashley; her mother, Carol Forloine, and also numerous loving family and friends.¹ She was born in 1967.¹ As of December 13, 1985,her married name was Hypes.² She married Dale Glen Hypes on December 13, 1985.¹ Donna Machelle Forloine and Dale Glen Hypes were divorced on August 25, 1992 at Harris Co., Texas.² As of February 16, 1993,her married name was Shaddox.³ Donna Machelle Forloine married Steven Kelly "Steve" Shaddox on February 16, 1993 at Harris Co., Texas.^1,3 Donna Machelle Forloine died on October 28, 2018 at Kentucky.¹

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, John Allen Garst, Sr., her son, John Allen Garst, Jr., and her sister, June Crawford Wirt. Betty is survived by her daughter, Mary Garst Staples and husband Butch; five grandchildren, Jamie Staples Snead and husband Patrick, Jason Staples and wife Erin Boggs, John Allen Garst, III, Joanna Garst Kinney and husband Justin, and Stephanie Garst Peck and husband Caleb; seven great-grandchildren, Hallie, Aubrey, Kayden, Emelyn, Levi, Isaiah, and Hattie; brother, Percy Crawford, Jr., and sister-in-law, Irene Garst Umphlett and a number of nieces, nephews, and cousin.⁴ She was born on February 19, 1928 at Roanoke, Virginia.^2,4,5 As of April 24, 1953,her married name was Garst.² She married John Allen Garst Sr. on April 24, 1953 at Abingdon, Washington Co., Virginia.^1,2,4,7 Betty Jane Crawford died on November 5, 2021 at Virginia at age 93.⁴
