She is survived by loving husband of 18 years William "Bill" Howell; daughter and son-in-law Chastity Spence and Jordan; sons and daughters-in-law Jason Howell and Kassie, and Jeremy Howell and Heather; daughter and son-in-law Sherry Owens and Danny; grandchildren Salyna and Clay Spence, Kathrine, Kaelan, Morgan, Nicholas, Brayden, and Rheagan Howell, Aleah, Isaac, and Will Owens; parents Jiggs and Janice Sarver and Naomi and Samuel Williams; sister and brother-in-law Anna and David Harrison; brothers and sisters-in-law Billy Sarver and Mickey, and Robert Sarver and Rebecca; brother Ricky Sarver; sister Pete Mills; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
