Her father was a chief in the US Navy, so most of her childhood was spent traveling the nation with her parents and brother, Brian. Her senior year the family settled into the Spokane Valley, where she would graduate from Central Valley H.S. in 1951. The in 1954, she married Donald G. Odell. They made their home of 60 years in Spokane Valley. There they raised two daughters. She spent her summers at their cabin on the Pend Orielle River, enjoyed many trips to California and Arizona. Her door was always opened, where she waited with a smile. Her dedication to her family never tired. Her days were spent providing help where needed, a listening ear and always a meal. She was met in Heaven by her parents and brother. Those who wait to see her again; her devoted husband; daughters, Pamela J. Stangland, Vicki L. Gannon; five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Charlotte was a beautiful woman with a kind heart and generous spirit. The Life and Legacy she leaves will live on forever. Though gone in body, her spirit, just as in life will be treasured in our hearts. The family will be holding a private memorial. on February 4, 2018.4

(Age 77) Bryan sadly passed away on August 16, 2015. A graduate of Central Valley High School in 1956, Bryan attended most school reunions. He was a member of Local Union 44 of Spokane for 50 years, as a plumber and a pipe-fitter. Bryan was also a United States Air Force and Navy Veteran. He had numerous talents and a great since of humor (but did not always share it). He loved old vintage cars, of which he had several. He is survived by his four children, 10 grandchildren, and five great-grand- children. Bryan's final resting place will be at Pines Mausoleum, 12116 E. 16th Ave., Spokane Valley, and services will be held there Friday, September 11, at 5pm. on September 9, 2015.3

Charles Everette Tawney Beloved father, grandfather and great-grandfather, Charles "Tony" Everette Tawney, 93, of Kellogg, Idaho, passed away Nov. 10, 2013, at Mountain Valley Care and Rehabilition in Kellogg. He was born Sept. 17, 1920, in Worth, W. Va; Tony was the son of Everett Hoge and Bertha Alma (Donovan) Tawney. Tony attended and graduated from high school in Norfolk, W. Va. He served in the U.S. Army Air Force during World War II. Tony married Mary C. Yates on Feb. 21, 1942 in York, S.C. Tony and Mary moved to the Silver Valley in 1948 from Virginia. Mary passed away on May 4, 2013. He served as a skip tender and No. 1 hoistman for the Bunker Hill Mining Company in Kellogg from 1947-1988. Tony was a member of the Kellogg Elks Lodge No. 1841, a member of the Knights of Pythias and a member of the Kellogg Masonic Lodge. He loved and enjoyed his family and traveling with his beloved wife Mary. Tony is survived by one son, Anthony (Laura) Tawney of Redmond, Wash; four grandchildren, Shane Shisler of Poulsbo, Wash., Heather Carlson of Mount Vernon, Wash., Bryan Tawney of Seattle, Wash., and Trevor Tawney of Kirkland, Wash., five step-grandchildren, Sean, Bryan and Colin Shaughnessy, Katie Twiddy and Colleen Robertson. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren. Cremation was held and private family inurnment graveside services will be held at the Greenwood Cemetery of Kellogg.4 He was buried at Greenwood Cemetery, Kellog, Shoshone Co., Idaho.4 He was born on September 17, 1920 at Worth, McDowell Co., West Virginia.4 He married Mary Celeste Yates, daughter of John William Anthony Yates and Elizabeth Belle "Eliza" Strickler, on February 21, 1942 at York, York Co., South Carolina.1,3,4,5 Charles Everette Tawney died on November 10, 2013 at Kellog, Shoshone Co., Idaho, at age 93.4
