Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, December 10, 2012 at Bartlett-Chapman Funeral Home, 409 Sixth Avenue, St. Albans with Pastor Roy Young. Entombment will follow at Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans. on December 9, 2012.²

Memorial services will be held on Friday, June 28 at 10 a.m. (CT) at Peavy Funeral Home Chapel with Kevin Yoder officiating. Memorialization will be by cremation.
