A graveside service will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday, February 17, 2005 in Cooper Family Cemetery, Callaway, Va. by Dr. Peter von Keyserling. on February 17, 2005.2

     Charity Marie Guilliams Charity M. Wilson, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, with her family by her side after a brief illness. She was 68 years old. Born on September 15, 1955, Charity spent most of her life in Roanoke, Virginia, before recently residing in Vinton. She was preceded in death by her father, James Marlin Guilliams; her mother, Ina Morgan; and her brother, David. Charity leaves behind her devoted husband, Van Wilson; her three cherished daughters, Lisa, Tina (and Greg), and Beth (and Brad); her five treasured grandchildren, Cameron, Ashlin, Carson, Brantley, and Brady; and her dear sisters, Cindy and Linda. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and a wide circle of friends who will miss her dearly. Charity's greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren. She had a servant's heart, always putting the needs of others before her own, and she found immense fulfillment in caring for her loved ones. Her nurturing spirit and unwavering love for her family were evident in everything she did. A graveside service will follow at Sherwood Memorial Park. Charity M. Wilson was loved dearly and will forever be remembered for her kindness, dedication, and the lasting impact she had on her family and friends.
