In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ruby Lee Surface Crouse of Duhring; two sisters, Mrs. Ada Hawn of Reedsville and Mrs. Jean Marple of Wellsville, Ohio; three brothers, John Crouse, Bill Crouse and Sonny Crouse, all of Grafton. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell with Rev. R. B. Pickett officiating, assisted by Rev. Harold Goins. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery at Bluewell. Pallbearers will be Jim Lowman, Harold Lowman, Coy McCallahan, Jerry Farris, Gordon Lane and James Goins. on September 17, 1975.2
