A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 30, at 11 a.m. in Bowers Hill Baptist Church, Chesapeake, by the Rev. Fred Williams. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. on September 28, 1998.⁴

Interment will follow at Riverside Memorial Park. on April 13, 2005.⁴
