Dwayne is survived by his loving and devoted parents, Wayne and Pat Crawford of New Castle, Virginia; aunts, Anita Hughes, Geneva Short, Nora (Sissy) Caldwell and Jennifer Crawford. He is also survived by many cousins and friends. Special thanks to Dr. Clifford Nottingham, Julie Legualt and the staff of Friendship Health and Rehab 1 South and 3 Main for their loving care and compassion for Dwayne during the last 20 years. The family will receive friends at Oakey’s North Chapel from 2 to 6 PM on Sunday, December 31, 2017 and also at Crossroads Christian Church from 12:30PM to 2PM on Monday, January 1, 2018 where the funeral service will be held following the visitation at 2:00PM with Pastor Jim Morris officiating. She was preceded in death by two half sisters, Hattie May Williams and Mollie Burchett; four sons, Clarence Neeley, Wayne Lee Neeley, Danny Joe Neeley and an infant; two brothers, Paris Hines and Otis Hines; and one half brother, Dr. Ben Hines. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. today, Wednesday, at the Day & Carter Mortuary, with Rev. Richard Tallman officiating. Burial will be in the Cresthaven Memory Gardens. on June 23, 1993.6
