The family will greet friends from 6 to 8 tonight at Bishop Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Bishop Chapel of Memories with the Rev. Joel Kircher officiating. Burial will be at Red Oak/Bache Cemetery in Bache. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Bishop Funeral Service of McAlester. Born July 2, 1951, at St. Mary's Hospital in McAlester, he was the son of Raymond Emmit and Thelma Ruth Connor Dugger. He attended school in Dow and later graduated from Haileyville High School in the Class of 1968. After high school, he moved to Muskogee where he owned and operated Dugger's Meat Market for a number of years before it closed. He then went to work at Fort Howard Paper Company as a fork lift operator before returning to McAlester in 1987. He opened W. & L. Construction Company, where he built homes and outdoor buildings and also worked in home repair. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He also enjoyed being outdoors and was an avid fisherman and hunter. Survivors include five daughters and sons-in-law, Tammy and Christopher Kramer, of McAlester, Becky Reheard, of Muskogee, Terry and Moises Obregon, of Muskogee, Melissa and Todd Parker, of Hartshorne, and Angie and Clint Harrell, of Hartshorne. Also, a brother and sister-in-law, Raymond and Patricia Dugger, of McAlester; a sister, Nona Faye and George Thompson, of Oklahoma City; a close friend, Tracey Bernard, of McAlester, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Pallbearers will be Tracey Bernard, Stacey Bernard, Bill Connor, Paul Kramer, Rick Moody and Randy Cunningham. Honorary pallbearers will be Carl Gream, Tim Warren, Crocket Warren, Buford Calhoun and Bobby Snell. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Thelma Dugger, and a grandson, Jack Brent Dugger Sparks. on January 18, 2008.2
