     Gerald Eugene Johnson was buried at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill, Fayette Co., West Virginia.^4,3 He Gerald “Jerry” Eugene Johnson, 81, of Oak Hill, passed away on Sunday, June 21, 2015 at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley following a short illness. Born on June 14, 1934 in Lansing, W.Va., and was the son of the late Matthew Johnson and Noca Lewis Johnson. Jerry retired after working 17 years from the West Virginia Parkway Authorities, K-Mart, Wal-Mart, and Value Plus. He liked to stay busy until he could no longer work where he watched his favorite television show, The Waltons. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brothers, Fred and John Johnson; grandson, Zachary Baumbush. Those left to carry on his legacy include his wife Charlotte Smith Johnson of Oak Hill; children, Deborah Blankenship and husband Phillip, Karen Willis and husband Bruce, Gerald Johnson II and wife Rita, Matthew Johnson and wife Terri, Terrie Lynn and husband J.C; step-children, Samuel Adkins and wife Kristen, Kimberly Frady and husband David, Marshall Adkins, and Darrell Adkins; also 15 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Interment will follow at High Lawn Memorial Park also in Oak Hill.³ He was born on June 14, 1934 at Fayetteville, Fayette Co., West Virginia.^2,4,3 He married Patsy Jane Broach, daughter of Thomas Nelson Broach and Clara May Shockey, on February 19, 1953 at Fayetteville, Fayette Co., West Virginia; Patsy was divorced at the time of this marriage.¹ Gerald Eugene Johnson died on June 21, 2015 at Beckley, Raleigh Co., West Virginia, at age 81.^4,3

     Horace Lee "Henry" Garbett was born on September 18, 1931 at Kincaid, Fayette Co., West Virginia.^1,5,4 He married Marilyn Conley circa 1954.^6,4 Horace Lee "Henry" Garbett married Charlot J. Shaw on May 8, 1982 at Hamilton Co., Ohio.³ Horace Lee "Henry" Garbett and Charlot J. Shaw were divorced on January 23, 2003 at Clermont Co., Ohio.⁶ Horace Lee "Henry" Garbett died on June 25, 2010 at Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., Ohio, at age 78.^5,4 He GARBETT, Horace L. "Henry", 78, of Amelia, OH passed away peacefully at Hospice of Cincinnati June 25, 2010. He was born September 18, 1931 in Kincaid, West Virginia to the late George B. and Golda Garbett. He was preceded in death by his parents as well as one brother Edward Gerald, and one sister Imogene Springer. He served his country in the US Army where he was a medic and researcher in the area of water purification and malaria studies in Korea and Okinawa. He was employed in the Foundry at Cincinnati Milling Machine/Cincinnati Milacron for over 30 years. He also was employed at Cast-Fab Technologies . He also was a member of the Free Masons, the Syrian Shrine, where he was a member of the Honor Guard, and was a member of the Royal Order of Jesters. He is survived by two former wives, Marilyn Daley of Sardinia, OH, and Charlotte Garbett of Milford; three sons--Mark (Debbie) of New Hope OH, Tim (Sonnie), and Gary, as well as step-daughter Cathy Cardone; five grandchildren--Mark Jr., Mary Lucille, Daniel, and Alan and Brittne; and several other family members including Nephew Eddie Garbett and niece Sharon Masse; as well as many dear friends. His last gift was the donation of his body bequeathed to the University of Cincinnati Medical School. Services to be held at the convenience of the family. on July 2, 2010.⁴
