Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 24, 2014 from 4:00 p.m until 6:00 p.m at the Million Taylor Funeral Homes of Moberly. Funeral Service will take place on Monday, August 25, 2014 at 2:00 p.m in the chapel of the funeral home. Burial will follow at Hickory Grove Cemetery, Cairo, Mo.2 He was born on August 29, 1950 at Kansas City, Jackson Co., Missouri.2 He died on August 17, 2014 at Columbia, Boone Co., Missouri, at age 63.2

Whitacre, both of Amarillo; John Whitacre of El Cajon, Calif., George Whitacre of Colorado Springs; four daughters, Mrs. Tate Walker of Amarillo, Mrs. Jack Wilkenson, of Portsmouth, Va., Mrs. Allen Kres of Northfork, Va., and Mrs. Carl Hearne of Houston; and 14 grandchildren. Mrs. Whitacre died her Aug 29, 1953. on September 25, 1959.7
