He is survived by brother, David Earl Whitacre and wife Janice of Moberly, MO; sister, Sharon Jackson and husband Bob of Clearwater, FL; nieces and nephews: Carrie Belzer, Shane Whitacre, Kyley Perkins, Rob Jackson, David Jackson, and John Jackson. Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 24, 2014 from 4:00 p.m until 6:00 p.m at the Million Taylor Funeral Homes of Moberly. Funeral Service will take place on Monday, August 25, 2014 at 2:00 p.m in the chapel of the funeral home. Burial will follow at Hickory Grove Cemetery, Cairo, Mo.² He was born on August 29, 1950 at Kansas City, Jackson Co., Missouri.² He died on August 17, 2014 at Columbia, Boone Co., Missouri, at age 63.²
