Joyce Ann was born in Niagara Falls, NY on June 13, 1954 and was the daughter of the late Charles and Loraine (Woody) Rhodes. Joyce Ann was a dedicated and extremely passionate employee of Bridgewater Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Binghamton, NY for many years. Joyce Ann enjoyed arts and crafts, gardening and loved animals. Joyce Ann is survived by four brothers and four sisters. Besides her parents she was predeceased by one brother and one sister. To honor and respect Joyce Ann's wishes, the family held a private service at Niagara Falls Memorial Park Cemetery, Military Road, Lewiston, NY. on October 26, 2016.²

Survivors include his wife, the former Trina Rogers; a daughter, Carnisha; a son, Jovon; four brothers, Thomas of Nebraska, Kenneth of Germany and Jay and James, both of Dunedin, Fla; and five sisters, Joyce of Binghamton, Grace of Houston, Shelly, Patricia and Jane. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Living Word Church, 2820 Michigan Ave. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lewiston. on August 15, 1999.²
