Born July 16 1947, Ricky spent his 71 years with a sense of humor and a fighting spirit. Most of his years here on earth where spent as a local Realtor, car salesman and ALL his years as a friend. Those who knew him best are happy for him, he fought a HARD fight with cancer. By his side through ALL his battles was his wonderful wife Joanne Weddle Palmer; his true partner in crime! Ricky also leaves behind: his mother, Linda Bell Palmer; three sisters: Jill Palmer White, Sheila Palmer Miles and Penny Palmer Barker (husband Lee Barker); Father in Law, Ray Weddle; Sisters in Law, Jackie Weddle Epperly (husband Neil Epperly) and Diane "Mouse" Weddle Conner (husband Jay Conner); Nieces and Nephews, Christine Miles (husband Dougley McCallister); Reagan Miles (Chris Hansen) and Monica Miles (Bobby Hughes); Ryan Weddle (wife Ashley); Raymond Weddle (wife Loretta), Courtney Weddle, Chase Weddle (wife Kacie), Jacob Conner, Julianne Conner Belcher (husband David); & numerous grand nieces and nephews.
