Cody, son of Milburn Hayes Cody and Mary Edith Light, on March 29, 1943 at South Charleston, Kanawha Co., West Virginia.1,3,4 Luella Mabel "Lulu" Parrish died on April 26, 2007 at Oak Hill, Fayette Co., West Virginia, at age 82.2,3 She Luella "LuLu" Parrish Cody, 82, of Fayetteville passed away Thursday, April 26, 2007, in Plateau Medical Center, Oak Hill. Mrs. Cody was born May 4, 1924, in Winona and was the daughter of the late William Frances and Rosie Ewing Parrish. She was a member of the Fayette County Cancer Support Group and a member of the Methodist faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Cody, and a brother, Paul Keith Parrish. Surviving are one daughter and her husband, Loretta and Robert L. Smith of Victor; one granddaughter, Brenda Gail Smith-Lago or Centreville, Va; one grandson, Robert Paul Smith of Glenville; one great-granddaughter, Layla Marie Smith of Glenville; two sisters, Lucille Parrish Carr of South Carolina and Virginia Parrish White of Hico; and five brothers, Cecil Franklin Parrish of Ohio, Roy K. Parrish of Middletown, Ohio, Bobby Parrish of Ohio, Herb Parrish of Charleston and Glenn Parrish of Richmond, Va. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 29, at the Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home Chapel, Ansted, with the Rev. Dr. John R. Sauvage officiating. Entombment will follow in Chapel of Rest Mausoleum, Victor. on April 28, 2007.3

Welder, 65, passed away Monday, August 20, 2001, following a long illness. She is survived by her husband, David J. Welder; two daughters, Darlene W. Washburn and her husband, Timothy A. of Aiken, S.C. and Robin W. Riley and her husband, Timothy H. of Cumming, Ga; a brother, George W. Dillon and wife, Sandra of Clarksville, Va; three grandchildren, Abigail, Timothy Jr. and Andrew Washburn. Her remains rest at the Bliley Funeral Home's Chippenham Chapel, 6900 Hull Street Rd., where the family will receive friends 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday (today) and where funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Friday. Interment Dale Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Berean Baptist Church. on August 23, 2001.3
