She was actively involved with Carolina Dance Center and cheerleading for the Carolina Copperheads. Kamryn was our little princess, and the world was her stage. She will always be remembered for her singing, dancing, princess lunches, catching fireflies and always having a beautiful smile. She was a sassy diva who enjoyed accessorizing with her big sunglasses and flashy jewelry. She truly cared about the world and talked of being a veterinarian when she grew up. Kamryn was a special girl who always brought love and happiness into everyone' s life. Kamryn is survived by her mother and father, Sherry Bailey and John C. Bailey, both of Cary; sisters Karsyn and Kathryn; brother Kyler; paternal grandparents Anne and Paul Bailey; maternal grandfather Obie Ballard and stepgrandmother Susan Ballard; maternal grandmother Sharon Barrow (Jim); great-grandparents Carson and Vada McDaniel; great-grandmother Ellen Virginia Day, great-grandfather William Kellerhals; great-aunts Diane McDaniel and Carol Andrews; Aunt Angela Bailey (John Evans); Uncles Jason (Annalynn) and Ryan (Lacy) Bailey and Uncle Jeff Ballard (Danielle); and several cousins and other family members. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 24, at Crosspointe Church, 6911 Carpenter Fire Station Road, Morrisville. Burial will follow at Wake Memorial Park, Cary. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today, June 23, at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home, Cary. Flowers will be accepted, or donations may be made to SPCA of Wake County, Curtis Dial Pet Adoption Center, 200 Petfinder Lane, Raleigh, NC 27603, or the Cary Family YMCA WeBuildPeople campaign. on June 23, 2008.3

Mona was a volunteer at Barnard School for several years and retired from Suzy's Zoo. She loved her work, her co-workers and the Suzy Zoo characters. She will be remembered for her bright and cheerful outlook on life and her perpetual optimism. She loved people and was a friend to all. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the charity of the donor's choice. on October 1, 2009.2
