She was a 33 year employee of Huttig Window and Sash retiring in 1980. She leaves to cherish her memory, a devoted son, Madison "Mack" King of Roanoke; two daughters-in law, Velma Goins King of Roanoke and Gayle King Thornton of Christiansburg; three loving grandsons, William Scott King of Roanoke, Leslie F. King , USAF of Florida and Madison R. Fitzgerald of Christiansburg; three loving granddaughters, Sandra King Welch of Tampa, Florida, Connie King Callaham of Fredericksburg and Vicky King Vietmeier of Montvale.
