David worked in the maintenance department for Lorain Metropolitan Housing Authority before becoming a material handler for the Elyria Chronicle Telegram where he worked for 10 years, retiring in 2006. He was a member of the First United Presbyterian Church, Elyria. David enjoyed woodworking, antique collecting, making wine, and wine tasting. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Annie (nee Lawrence) Fullmer of Vermilion; sons, Glenn Fullmer of Ashland and Michael Lee Fullmer of Sheffield Lake; daughters, Kathleen Fullerton of West Palm Beach, FL and Marjorie Akers of Fayetteville, NC; 6 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and his sister, Mary Ann Emerson of Elyria.
