Brinkley, and he preceded her in death in 1977. Delena was a member of St. Stephen Church in Oil City. She enjoyed watching game shows and playing bingo, but the time she spent with her grandchildren was most important to her. Mrs. Brinkley was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is survived by three children, Diana M. Langford of Reno, Linda M. Brinkley of Oil City and John Brinkley and his wife, Chaluay, of Franklin; and a daughter-inlaw, Lorraine Brinkley of Oil City. Also surviving are eight grandchildren, Ken J. Langford and his wife, Linda, of Harmonsburg, Delena Wenner of Oil City, Michele Phillips and her husband, AJ, Peter Brinkley and Joann Brinkley, all of Franklin, Susan Niederriter and her husband, Mike, of Pittsburgh, John W. Brinkley and his wife, Judy, of Cape Canaveral, Fla., and Ron Brinkley of Atlanta, Ga; and 14 great-grandchildren. She also is survived by a sister, Laura Holy of Twin Lakes, Mich. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Paul and Ralph Hulings; three infant children; and a son-in-law, David S. Langford. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today in the Reinsel Funeral Home & Crematory in Oil City. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Stephen Church with Monsignor William C. Karg presiding. Interment will be in Sunset Hill Memorial Gardens. on October 8, 2010.2
