Wiley on April 30, 1890 at Clarion Co., Pennsylvania.2,3 Charles Ellsworth Walter died on May 1, 1932 at Niagara Falls, Niagara Co., New York, at age 68.3,5 He Charles Walter, 69, of Niagara Falls, N. Y., died there in Mount St. Mary's Hospital on May 1 of a gun shot wound in the left breast, a short time after he had been found in the basement of his home with a rifle nearby. The rifle, a .303 Savage, had been discharged. Coroner W. L. Draper said Walter had shot himself while temporarily deranged. Coroner Draper, after an investigation of the case, said that Walter had been in poor health and had worried over his condition. The coroner said he believed that the man's condition preyed on his mind, causing a temporary fit of insanity. A member of the Niagara Falls Carpenters' Union and the Niagara Falls Lodge of Moose, Walter was widely known and universally respected. He had resided with his family in this city for many years. Besides his wife he is survived by three sons, William F., and Charles E., both of Niagara Falls, and Perry F., of Sherill, N. Y; a sister, Mrs. Whitton, Marnes, Pa., and the following brothers: George and Gardnes of West Virginia; Harrison, Clarion, Pa., Alvin, Patterson, Pa., and Marland, Vandergrift, Pa. Funeral services were held at the home on May 4, with Rev. Charles Osborne, First Baptist church, officiating. Burial was in Oakwood cemetery. on May 12, 1932.5

The deceased was one of the town’s most prominent women, having been actively engaged in all projects for the benefit of the community. She was one of those who pioneered the Barnes Cemetery Association and was largely responsible for the upkeep of it. She was also an active member of the Ladies’ Aid Society of the Barnes M. E. church and had been a committee woman for the local Girl Scout troop since its inception. She was born Alice Walter, July 13, 1875 at Lucinda and is survived by her husband and the following children: Wayne Whitton, Barnes; Mrs. Edith Kunselman, Tionesta; Mrs. Beryl Tillotson, Jamestown; and Mrs. Floyd Westlake, of Chicago. Eight grandchildren also survive. Interment will be made in the Barnes cemetery. on October 11, 1937.4

Jewett; two brothers, Archie Walters of Clarion and Merle Walters of Clarion RD, and five grandchildren. Friends may call at the Goble Funeral Home in Clarion after 4 p. m. today. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 2 p. m. Tuesday with Rev. Howard Blanchard, pastor of the First Baptist Church in Clarion, officiating. Interment will be in The Clarion Cemetery. on February 25, 1963.3

Myrna Louise Walters M. Louise Eshbaugh, age 89, of Clarion, passed away at her home on Wednesday, May 22, 2013. Born on February 26, 1924, in Monroe Township, Clarion County, she was the daughter of Maurice E. and Kathryn (Shingledecker) Walters. She was married to Robert C. Eshbaugh on October 5, 1942. He preceded her in death on January 25, 2006. Louise was a homemaker and mother who assisted her husband with secretarial work for State Farm Insurance. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Clarion, Garden Club of Clarion County, a past member of the Clarion Women’s Club and the Clarion Civic Club. She was an avid gardener and the many activities of Garden Club. Louise is survived by her son, Kenneth Eshbaugh and his wife Kathy of Indiana PA, and her daughter Myrna Eshbaugh and her significant other Steven Howie of Clarion; two grandchildren, Chad Burford of Clarion and Kevin Eshbaugh and his wife Danielle of Ford City PA; and three great-grandchildren, Cody Burford of Shippenville, Kohlt and Deklyn Eshbaugh of Ford City PA. Also surviving are two brothers, Scott Walters and his wife Beedee of Clarion, Howard Walters and his wife Betty of Roseville; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Louise was preceded in death by her brothers Dean and Jay Walters, an infant sister, and her granddaughters Lauren Eshbaugh. Interment will follow at the Mt. He was married to Betty Lee Seigworth, who preceded him in death. They were blessed with five children: Delores Wenner and husband, Tom, of Clarion, William Seigworth and wife, Deb, of Seneca, Denise Falvo and husband, Rick, of Erie, David Seigworth and wife, Peg, of Seneca, and Bruce Seigworth and wife, Jeanne, of Seneca. In addition to his children, he is survived by nine grandsons, Jason (Amy) Wenner, Matthew Wenner, Bryan (Airen) Seigworth, Jeff (Becky) Seigworth, Kevin Seigworth, Corey Seigworth, Russ Seigworth, Ryan Seigworth and Austin Seigworth. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren, Adelaide, Andrew and Kelsi Seigworth. He is survived by his wife, Maureen Lee (Wiser) Seigworth, whom he married in 1993. Also surviving are two stepchildren, Jeremy Wiser and wife, Erica, of Ford City, and Rebecca Wiser of Fayetteville, N.C., and three stepgrandchildren, Addison, McKenna and Tytan Wiser. Bill is also survived by three sisters, Pat Rhoads of Brookville, Marilyn Fox of Sligo and Linda (Fred) Heasley of Strattanville; two brothers, Fred (Brenda) Seigworth of Zelienople and Tom (Ella May) Seigworth of Brookville; and two sisters in-law, Mary Lou Seigworth of Sackets Harbor, N.Y., and Bernice (Chuck) Maul of Erie. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Harold Lloyd Seigworth and Ronald Seigworth; a sister-in-law, Donna Seigworth; and a brother-inlaw, Chris Fox. Bill was a loving father, grandfather and friend. He enjoyed traveling internationally and was particularly happy to travel with his whole immediate family to Europe in 2007. In his younger years he was active in bowling leagues. He was also an avid golfer, hunter, and fisherman. He traveled out West and Canada with friends on numerous hunting and fishing trips. He spent more than 40 years in the soft drink business, first working at the Coca Cola plant in Clarion, then as owner of Seigworth Distributors from 1958-89. He was involved in other business ventures in the area. Having thought we all should give something back to the community that we live in, Bill served on the Oil City Hospital Board, Northwest Health System Board, UPMC Northwest Foundation Board, and VNA of Venango County Board. He also served on the Venango County Vo-Tech Advisory Committee, was a member of the Oil City Jaycees and served on the board of the Oil City Area Chamber of Commerce. He had served on the Seneca United Methodist Church Board of Trustees and the Pastor Parish Relations Committee. Bill was a 50-plusyear member of Clarion Masonic Lodge 277 and Coudersport Consistory. Interment will be in Sunset Hill Memorial Gardens. on January 5, 2011.3

She was a 1963 graduate of Academy High School and a 1965 graduate of Erie Business Center. Carolyn was employed at Lawrence J. Spaeder and Sons for 15 years, and she also was a bookkeeper for Erie PC Distribution. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her second husband, Wallace Weed, and her third husband, Richard Olson, as well as her stepson, Richard Olson, Jr. In addition to her mother, Carolyn is survived by her daughters, Kimberly Dickerson and her husband, Scot, of East Springfield, Anita Fay and her husband, David, of Corry and a son Michael Olson, of Erie. Carolyn is further survived by two grandsons, two great-granddaughters, five great-grandsons, eight step children, and 11 step-grandchildren. Additionally, she is survived by her aunt, Sandy Hewitt and a nephew Steve. Inturnment will be private at Whispering Pines Cremation Garden. on November 18, 2018.3

Richard J. Olson married Carolyn J. Maul, daughter of Charles Edward Maul and Bernice L. Walters.1,2 Richard J. Olson was born on May 17, 1943 at Erie, Erie Co., Pennsylvania.3 He died on July 31, 2017 at Erie, Erie Co., Pennsylvania, at age 74.3 He Richard J. Olson, age 74, of Erie, passed away quietly, at home, on Monday, July 31, 2017. He was born in Erie, Pa., on May 17, 1943, the son of the late Richard and Doris Fluegel Olson. He served in the United States Air force from 1961 to 1965. Richard owned and operated Erie PC Distribution, and also worked at Computer Discount Center for two years, Reed Manufacturing for seven years, Zurn Industries for 11 years and Riley Stoker Corporation for seven years. In addition to his parents, Richard was preceded in death by a son, Richard Olson in 2015 and by his brother, Daniel Olson in 2014. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Olson and seven children and stepchildren, Richard, Anita, Michael, Melissa, Michelle, Charles and Kim. He also leaves many grandchildren, two step-grandsons and several great-grandchildren. on August 2, 2017.3
