     Donald "Don" Buckles Donald Buckles, 81, of Anderson, passed away November 20, 2013 at St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital. He was born January 12, 1932 in Madison County and lived here most of his life. He worked as an assistant vice-president with Citizens Banking Company, and then with Key Bank, retiring in 1994 after 28 years of service. Donald served in the US Navy during the Korean War. He was a member of Valley Grove Freewill Baptist Church, Fellowship Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite Valley of Indianapolis, Murat Shrine Temple, Madison County Shrine Club, Anderson Noon Exchange Club, serving as treasurer for many years, and "The Romeo Club," a group of gentlemen who solved world problems one cup of coffee at a time. He is survived by four children, Donald J. Buckles of San Antonio, TX, Karen (Buckles) Arndt of Fremont, and Jennifer R. Smith and Jane A. Pinaire, both of McCordsville; six grandchildren, Carrie Arndt, Andrew Arndt, Kevin Arndt, Markus Buckles, Lucas Buckles, and Binyamin Ohayon; one great-grandson, Abraham Arndt; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his two wives, Janet M. Buckles and Connie J.
