Survivors include his wife of 19 years, Shirley Ann Magliano Massey of Gatewood; three daughters, Barbara Hood and husband Raymond of North Carolina, Judy Rose of Oak Hill, and Shirley Dennler and husband Scott of Gatewood; a stepdaughter, Terri Bonifacio and husband Tom of Mt. Hope; two stepsons, John Magliano and wife Sharon of Albumdale, Fla., and Mark Magliano of Gatewood; a brother, Hubert Massie of Lower Salem, Ohio; two sisters, Jency Tincher of Gatewood and Alice Toney of Ohio; 13 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and a host of special nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 31, 2009, at the Tyree Funeral Home Chapel, Oak Hill, with Rev. Joe Cuthbertson and Pastor Eric Dangerfield officiating. Burial will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens at Prosperity. Friends may call the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. today. Family members will serve as pallbearers. on March 29, 2009.2

     Jency Jane Massie was buried at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill, Fayette Co., West Virginia.6 She Jency Jane Massie Tincher, age 86, of Gatewood, WV, passed away on Thursday, April 23, 1915 (typo - it should be 2015) at Bowers Hospice House in Beckley. Born June 19, 1928 at Gatewood, WV, she was the daughter of the late William W. and Minnie Mae Patterson Massie. Jency was a homemaker and a member of the Pleasant View Church of the Brethren. She was preceded in death by her husband Ray Rexford Tincher, by a grandson, Jerry Tincher, a great grandson, Logan Tincher and by six brothers and three sisters. Surviving are her two sons, Lee Ray Tincher and Gary Wayne Tincher both of Fayetteville, one brother, James Hubert Massie of Lower Salem, Ohio. Also surviving are 7 grand children 11 great grand children and one great grandchild. A special thanks to her caregivers, Lynn McGuire, Patrica Coleman and Judy Bolen. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Monday, April 27, 2015 at the Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill with Rev. Rick Edwards officiating. Entombment will follow in High Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum, Oak Hill. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to services on Monday, April 27. 2015. She was a member of the Salem Road Baptist Church. Born at Brown, May 29, 1919, she was a daughter of the late Dewey and Eunice Burley Toney. She is survived by her husband, Delbert; two sons, Timothy and Philip, both of Ohio; seven daughters, Mrs. Charles Bartol and Mrs. Betty Hockberg, both of Chicago, Ill., Mrs. Robert West, Oak Hill, Mrs. Flavius Brown, Baltimore, Md; Mrs. Sidney Shaver and Mrs. Kenneth Massey, both of Cleveland, and Mrs. Bobby Lewis, Point Pleasant; five brothers, Ern, Marion, Lloyd, and Dickey Toney, all of Oak Hill and Everett, Detroit, Mich; two sisters, Mrs. Gladys Grubb and Mrs. Dessie Adkins, both of Oak Hill, and 17 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill Monday at 2 p.m. with the Revs. Bill Menefee and Lee Dylan in charge. Burial will be in the Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens at Prosperity. on November 16, 1969.3

     Theresa Agnes Zangari was buried at Holy Family Cemetery, Richwood, Nicholas Co., West Virginia.3,2 She was born in 1925 at Richwood, Nicholas Co., West Virginia.1,3 As of June 17, 1951,her married name was Massie.1 She married William Cline Massie, son of William Walter Massie and Minnie May/Mae Patterson, on June 17, 1951 at Richwood, Nicholas Co., West Virginia.1 Theresa Agnes Zangari died on September 22, 1990 at Richwood, Nicholas Co., West Virginia.2 She Mrs. Theresa Agnes Massie, 65, of Richwood, died Sept. 22, 1990, in Richwood Area Medical Center after a long illness. She was a lifelong resident of Richwood. She was a former nurses aide at Sacred Heart Hospital and a member of Holy Family Catholic Church. Surviving: daughter, Mary Jane Persinger of Richwood; mother, Mary Zangari of Richwood; brothers, Joseph Zangari of Richwood; Ralph. Zangari of Craigsville; sisters, Catherine Jones of South Charleston, Carmella Tharpe of Craigsville; two grandsons. Mass of Christian burial will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Holy Family Catholic Church, Richwood, with the Rev. Gerard James officiating. Burial will be Holy Family Cemetery. on September 23, 1990.2

Tincher, 72, of Fayetteville, WV passed away January 1, 2019 at Bowers Hospice House in Beckley. He was born December 4, 1946 in Oak Hill to Ray R. and Jency Massey Tincher. Gary was a Fayetteville High School graduate, veteran of the U.S. Army who served during the Vietnam era in Korea and worked as a finishing carpenter in the construction field. He was a member of the Church of the Brethren, enjoyed the outdoors and was a Ford Mustang enthusiast. In addition to his parents, Gary was preceded in death by son Jerry Tincher, grandson Logan Tincher and granddaughter Breanna Bumgarner. Those left to cherish his memory include son Gary Tincher and his wife, Brenda of Lerona, daughter Angel Tincher Tyler and husband, Bodie of Beckley, son Roger Tincher of Oak Hill, grandchildren Alec Tincher, Lindsay Tincher, Katie Tincher, Brandon Tincher, Tayler Morton, MacKenzie Tincher, Brittney Underwood and Ashtyn Tyler, 4 great grandchildren, brother Lee R. Tincher of Fayetteville, 2 nieces and 2 nephews. Services will be held Friday, January 4th at 1:00 p.m. at High Lawn Funeral Home with Pastor Dan Ludwick officiating. Entombment with military graveside honors will follow at High Lawn Memorial Park. on January 1, 2019.5
