She was preceded in death by her parents, sister; Carol Hales, granddaughter; Latasha Shey Wood-Conner. Surviving is her loving husband of nearly 51 years, David W. Conner, sons; Ronald E. Conner, Rodney D. Conner & wife Marlene, Robert A. Conner & wife Lora, grandchildren; Justin, Brittany, Chyenne, David and Amber, brother-in-law; Roger Hales, Nephews; Kevin Hales and Steve Hales. Funeral services were held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 19, 2012, at Polemic Run Baptist Church with Rev. Lyle Wayne Collins and Vernon Rose, Jr. officiating. Burial followed in the Tinney Cemetery. Friends called from 6-8 p.m. Saturday February 18, 2012 at Greene-Robertson Funeral Home, Sutton and one hour prior to service time at the Church. on February 21, 2012.¹
