Surviving are her loving and devoted husband of 36 years, Harold E. Poff; her sister-in-law, Betty Cundiff of Roanoke; her niece, Charmaine Carmack and husband Curtis, of Roanoke. A graveside service will be held in Sherwood Memorial Park. on August 15, 2004.3

Pulliam formerly of this county, brother of Mrs. H. B. Stoutimore of Plattsburg, died Thursday of last week at Colorado Springs, Colo., where he had lived for several years. He had been in quite poor health for several months. He was a detective sergeant in the Colorado Springs police force, and had solved many criminal cases. He was born October 14, 1878. He went to colorado in 1910 and for a while was a manager of a large ranch. He had been a member of the Colorado Springs police force since 1913. The funeral was held at the First Christian church at Colorado Springs in which he was an active member, and burial was an Evergreen cemetery there. He became a Christian in early boyhood having joined at Old Ebenezer church, when it stood one mile south of Grayson. Mr. Pulliam leaves his wife, Mrs. Dora Pulliam, a brother Dr. W. S. Pulliam of Atchison, Kas., and three sisters, Mrs. E. W. Wright of Colorado Springs, Mrs. Lula Carpenter of the Excelsior Springs, and Mrs. Stoutimore of Plattsburg. Mrs. Stoutimore had spent a time at Colorado Springs recently to be with his brother in his illness. Mr. and Mrs. W. F. Poff and a daughter of North Kansas City were at Colorado Springs to attend the funeral. Mr. Poff is a brother of Mrs. Pulliam. on August 30, 1940.6

Poff who died in 1984 and her second husband John Joseph Conry who died in 2013. She was also proceed in death by her parents, William E. and Ruby B. Fry, her sisters, Oma Fay Sackman and Frances E. Boswell and her two brothers Frank and Raleigh. She is survived by her nephew, G. Curtis Boswell and his wife Beth, Overland Park, and other nephews, great nephews and great-great nieces and five-step children, John, Mike, Tom and Mary Kay Conry and Teresa Robinett. Visitation will be at 9:00 a.m. at the Lakeside Chapel located in the Terrace Park Cemetery (169 Hwy & Shoal Creek Parkway) followed by services in the chapel at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 24, 2015. Burial in Terrace Park Cemetery. on November 22, 2015.2

Bob was passionate about airplanes. He was a pilot for several years and shared his knowledge of aviation with many. He proudly served in the United States Air Corp and after his service became self employed as an Aviation Inspector. He is fondly remembered and will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Visitation Monday, February 18, 2013, from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. with service to follow at Chapel Hill Mortuary, 6300 Highway 30, Cedar Hill, MO 63016. A native of Auburn, Ky., he is survived by his wife, Blanche Vess Woodward, also two sons, Thomas Woodward, Anthony "Tony" Woodward, both of Auburn, Ky; daughter, Vivian Woodward Linke of Auburn, Ky; two stepsons, Ed Vess, Joel Vess: one stepdaughter, Brenda Brigman, all of Asheville; four grandsons; three granddaughters; seven stepgrandchildren; nine step-great-grandchildren; one brother, Joe Woodward of Auburn; three sisters, Ernestine Hughes, Matt Lovin, Ruth Orndorff, all of Auburn. He was co-owner of American Lamp Co. and a veteran of World War II. A service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Williams Funeral Service Chapel, with the Rev. Daniel Allen officiating. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. on August 31, 1997.2

Miller, a former manager of Bell's Drive Inn in Biltmore, was employed by Sayles Bleacheries. He was the son of Frances Reed Miller of Muncie, Ind. and the late Chester E. Miller. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean conflict. Surviving, in addition to the mother, are his wife, Joyce Cole Miller; four sons, Earl Gregory Miller and Harold Chadwick Miller of the home, Robert Odus Miller Jr. of North Webster, Ind., and Michael Jay Miller of Muncie; three daughters, Mara Lucinda Miller of the home, Sherri Lynn Lamb or Sarasota, Fla., and Rhonda Miller of North Webster, Ind; the stepmother, Mary Miller of Muncie; two brothers, Harry Franklin Miller and Jerry Lee Miller of Muncie; two sisters, Flora Ertel or Monrovia, Calif., and Sarah Lawson of Muncie. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in chapel of Williams Funeral Home. The Rev. Raymond Woodby will officiate. Burial will be in Gashes Creek Cemetery. on July 31, 1983.3
