Mr. Hudnall was a member of the Concord Methodist church here, and the Woodmen of the World lodge in Dayton. Service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the church, with Rev. Robert Chiles officiting. Burial in Concord cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at the Roy H. Miller funeral home, West Milton, and after 1 p.m. Monday at the church. The family announces that gifts can be made to the church memorial fund in lieu of flowers. Surviving are his wife, Delphine; his mother, Mrs. Jennie Hudnall of Dayton; four sons, Lewis of Dayton, John and Dale, both of Dayton, and Donald of Arcanum; a daughter, Mrs. Janet Mitchell of West Milton; two brothers, Charles of Dayton and Denver of Dayton; four sisters, Mrs. Imo Rausch of Dayton, Mrs. Beulah Nichols of Santa Rosa, Calif, Mrs. Mattie Nobel of Oregonia, and Mrs. Virginia Green of East St. Louis, Ill., and nine grandchildren. on June 25, 1955.5

A proud veteran of WWII, Dale served as a Tall Gunner in 28 missions over Germany aboard a B-24 aircraft in the Army Air Corps. Dale is survived by his wife of 56 years, Norma Jane (Miller) Hudnall; daughters and son-in-law, Vicki Breakiron of Brookville, and Melissa & Guy Russo of Amsterdam, NY; brothers and sisters-in-law, John & Edna Hudnall of Miamisburg, and Donald & Lorraine Hudnall of Englewood; sister & brother-in-law, Janet & Robert Mitchell of Union; grandchildren, Traci L. (Todd) Gasho, Tanya L. Breakiron, Allison Russo and Timothy Robert Russo; and a great-grandson, Nicholas Gasho. He was preceded in death by his sons Gregory Hudnall and Robert A. Hudnall; and a brother, Lewis Hudnall. A memorial service wlll be held on Sunday, December 28, 2003, at 2:30 P.M. at the Concord United Methodist Church (1123 S. Main St., Englewood) with Rev. Les Harris officiating. There will be a reception following the services at the Church. Interment was held at the Concord United Methodist Church Cemetery. on December 24, 2003.9

Don retired from Dumar Typesetting where he worked for many years as a typesetter. He was a longtime member of Concord United Methodist Church in Englewood. A veteran of WW II, he proudly served as a surgical technician in the US Army. Don was a freemason for over 50 years, a member of the Brookville Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite Valley of Dayton and the Antioch Shrine. He worked in the photographers unit and was a tireless fundraiser for the Shriners Hospital for Children. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law: Eugene & Yvonne Hudnall of Brookville, daughter: Janie Elizabeth "Kate" Hudnall, of Fairborn, sisters-in-law: Norma Jane Hudnall of Clayton, and Edna Hudnall of Miamisburg, granddaughter: Dawn Hudnall, great granddaughter: Sydney Grace Hudnall, and many other family members and friends, all of whom he loved dearly. He was preceded in death by his wife of 55 years: Lorraine E. (Fenton) Hudnall in 2005, parents: Arthur F. & Caroline Delphine (Kline) Hudnall, brothers: John, Lewis, and Robert Dale Hudnall, and a sister: Janet Mitchell. Masonic services will be held at 1:45 p.m. on Saturday, September 27, followed immediately by a Memorial Service at 2:00 p.m. at the Concord United Methodist Church (1123 S. Main St., Englewood) with Rev. Dr. Tom Rand officiating. Inurnment will follow the service at the Concord Church Cemetery.
