Randall Turner, of Roanoke; daughter, Peggy Kelley Young, of Richmond; daughter and son-in-law, Kim Kelley and Lee Evans, of Raleigh, N.C; daughter, Melody Ann Kelley, Salem; son and daughter-in-law, Michael Edward and Cynthia Collins Kelley, of Bent Mountain; three grandchildren, Melissa Paige Turner, Roanoke; Ashleigh Kelley Turner, of Roanoke; and Cristin Lee Collins, Bent Mountain; mother, Mattie Kelley Bowles, of Roanoke; two brothers, William W. Kelley, of Roanoke; Earl B. Kelley, Daytona Beach, Fla; beloved sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Edna and Bruce Harber. He was preceded in death by his father, Luther Kelley. Interment will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. on May 17, 1986.10
