     Cassandra Yvonne Pruitt Cassandra Y. Howell, Jul 4, 1983 - Apr 28, 2023. Cassandra Y. Howell, 39, passed away on April 28, 2023 at Lewis Gale Medical Center. Cassandra was a beautiful, caring person and a very special daughter. Her smile and memory will live on forever in our hearts.
