Wanda was a proud and faithful member of Bean Station Church of God. Everyone who knew her, knew her as a kind woman with a generous spirit. Wanda never met a stranger and her door was always open to anyone in need. Wanda was employed by Mingo Co. Board of Education before retiring to Tennessee. Born October 14th, 1958 to the late Quinn and Gladys Deskins, Wanda is preceded in death by her husbands Eddie York and Teddy Toler, brother Quinn Deskins, Jr., and two infant siblings. Wanda is survived by siblings Ethel Blevins, Mary Leide, Tee Deskins, Midge Arends, Russell Deskins, and Irene Mitura.
